Naiades Marina Hotel

Booked for a 2 niggt stop over as resort hop holiday Monica on reception is lovely and very helpful. Room was bright clean and large with a big balcony 2 lounger 2 chairs table.and a hot tub! Lovely side sea view and overlooked the athletics pitch 1-2 min stroll around to beach with good selection of bars and restaurant. 10.min stroll past lots more shops bars and restaurants to centre of town and lake area. Excellent location and hotel very bright and airy feel to it. Well worth a visit!!

The staff, the cleanliness, the location, the beds, the breakfast, the pool area, it was excellent, everything. The staff everywhere were exceptional especially Monique and Nicolette who could not do enough for you. The communication before arriving was excellent and during the stay were knowledgeable and helpful friendly, warm and welcoming. The breakfast was delicious freshly baked bread, pastries, fruit, yoghurt, cheese, tomatoes to name a few plus excellent coffee and the best homemade cake. The rooms were spotless beautifully decorated with air conditioning, safe and tea and coffee making facilities. The beds huge so so comfortable. The pool area again immaculate and inviting you would be mad to miss this gem it was like a 5 star stay. Thank you sooo much we will return.

The location is central. You have nice organised beaches around, restaurants, bars and coffees shops around the hotel and anything you'll need is in a walking distance. The staff is really friendly and helpful and they speak many languages so it's easy to communicate. The rooms are lovely and the place is really clean. They were cleaning our room every single day. The breakfast has anything you need to start your day. They also have a small but nice swimming pool and sunbeds and tables around. Just a lovely place.

Great position at a walkable distance to the center, with free parking in the area and easy connection to the main roads. Rooms are cleaned and very nice, breakfast is not bad but it could be improved in quality and variety. Inside the building there is a patio with a nice shared pool where you can have your breakfast, which is great because it creates a nice and relaxed atmosphere even if the hotel is in the middle of other buildings. The hotel has also a mini gym and a sort of Spa where they do massages. Great value for money

Breakfast was fine, location was good. Like everywhere in Crete, parking was a challenge, but got great advice from the staff and found paid parking close by that worked perfectly. More towels would have been nice and the bathroom all gets very wet when having a shower, but that is easy to manage
