The staff, the cleanliness, the location, the beds, the breakfast, the pool area, it was excellent, everything. The staff everywhere were exceptional especially Monique and Nicolette who could not do enough for you. The communication before arriving was excellent and during the stay were knowledgeable and helpful friendly, warm and welcoming. The breakfast was delicious freshly baked bread, pastries, fruit, yoghurt, cheese, tomatoes to name a few plus excellent coffee and the best homemade cake. The rooms were spotless beautifully decorated with air conditioning, safe and tea and coffee making facilities. The beds huge so so comfortable. The pool area again immaculate and inviting you would be mad to miss this gem it was like a 5 star stay. Thank you sooo much we will return.

Great position at a walkable distance to the center, with free parking in the area and easy connection to the main roads. Rooms are cleaned and very nice, breakfast is not bad but it could be improved in quality and variety. Inside the building there is a patio with a nice shared pool where you can have your breakfast, which is great because it creates a nice and relaxed atmosphere even if the hotel is in the middle of other buildings. The hotel has also a mini gym and a sort of Spa where they do massages. Great value for money

The location is central. You have nice organised beaches around, restaurants, bars and coffees shops around the hotel and anything you'll need is in a walking distance. The staff is really friendly and helpful and they speak many languages so it's easy to communicate. The rooms are lovely and the place is really clean. They were cleaning our room every single day. The breakfast has anything you need to start your day. They also have a small but nice swimming pool and sunbeds and tables around. Just a lovely place.

It was super clean and nicely decorated very convenient location (very close to the heart of the city, steps away from the beach and a 2 minute walk to a huge municipal parking area) The staff were all very kind! The lady who welcomed us, Monique I think,made our stay so personal and warm. The beds were very comfortable The breakfast was nice In general I feel it was very good value for money. When we ll come back to Agios Nikolaos we will definitely stay here again
